Can I put my membership on hold?
You are free to put your membership on hold after 12 weeks of membership

What if I want to cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership contact us at the head office on 02 9119 3674

Can I bring a friend to the club?
Yes and if you want to save up to money off your membership we recommend you do! For every friend that signs up you will receive 10% of what they purchase!

Do I need to bring my own towel?
Definitely. There will be plenty of sweat during the training sessions, for hygiene and grip reasons, please bring your own towel.

Is water available?
We have a tap at the office to refill your water bottle. Please bring a water bottle!

What happens if I lose something at the gym?
If you leave something behind we will keep it behind the front desk for you. However, you are responsible for all of your personal items!

Do I get a membership card?
You won’t need one. Simply book in for your class online, turn up on time and we will have all the details we need.

What should I do if the fire alarm sounds?
Listen to the instructions from the KIKOFF staff who will direct you to the appropriate safe area.

Are the team first aid trained?
Yes.

How quickly will I see results when using the gym?
If you are training consistently at least 2-3x per week most people will start to feel and/or see benefits in around 4-8 weeks. Of course, results are highly individual and other factors will influence how quickly you see results.

I’ve never used a gym before. What support is on offer?
Our coaches will ensure you are completing an exercise that is suitable to your level of fitness and training experience.

I have an injury. Can I still use the gym?
If you have an injury we recommend you are cleared by a physio before beginning training.

Do I need to be fit before I join?
Of course not. If you aren’t fit then you are already half way to getting fit by deciding that you will improve.

I’m new to classes. Are there any I shouldn’t do?
All of our classes can be scaled to suit your level of fitness and experience

Can I do a different class each time?
Most of our classes are planned in 4 week cycles so we would advise to get the best out of any training class, you stick with the same class for the full 4 weeks. If your schedule doesn’t allow that or you want to mix it up then ask one of our coaches what is the best way to do it for you to reach your goals.
